The Pancakes Kit includes two CT007-P pancake detectors and a telescoping handle in a rugged protective case. This kit is ideal for First Responder teams. For hot zone / cold zone delineation, one CT007-P is used in dose rate mode and the other is used in contamination mode. During decontamination, both detectors are used in contamination mode. The redundancy achieved by using two identical instruments for different tasks means that all tasks can still be performed, even if one of the detectors is damaged. Also, one CT007-P can be used to confirm the reading of the other one. The kit can be supplied with only one CT007-P (Kit-01) and the CT007-P is also available without accessories.
