Description

The new RDS-31S/R Multi-purpose Survey Meter continues the line of RADOS survey meters offering modern design and approach to radiation monitoring. RDS-31 is a small hand held, battery operated survey instrument using an energy compensated GM-tube as primary detector. Due to its versatile functions and durability it is suited for a wide range of applications in civil defense, industrial and laboratory use etc. RDS-31 is featuring excellent ergonomics; lightweight and easy to handle, with visual and audible alarms and internal vibrator. The large LCD with Energy Save Backlight is well visible even in sunny conditions due to the illumination control. External probes of GMP-12 series, GMP-11/15 and Multirad LLR probes: TGS, Alpha 125 and Alpha Wound can be connected to RDS-31 by cable or by additional adapter extending the capabilities of the instrument. User protection while using external probe by measuring simultaneously instrument dose rate.

  • CT007-F

    CT007-F $250.00

The CT007-F is a compact alpha, beta, gamma detector. This makes it suitable for identifying radioactive contamination.

Unlike pancake Geiger-Mueller tube based instruments, it is light, compact, and durable.

The CT007-F is sensitive enough to pick up the radiation from household items, but can still measure up to dangerous levels. It is easy to use and can even connect wirelessly to your phone. The phone provides a rich user interface and allows for time and date stamped data logging with GPS coordinates. The data can be logged to a file on your phone as well as optionally being logged to RadResponder. On the back is the sensor with an alpha/beta shield. This shield can be closed to take gamma only measurements, or opened to reveal the sensor window and take alpha and beta readings. This shield also keeps the sensor safe during transport.

  • Inspector Alert V2

    Inspector Alert V2 $695.00

The IMI Inspector Alert™V2 measures alpha, beta, gamma and X-radiation using a 2-inch "pancake" GM detector with high sensitivity to common beta and alpha sources. The easy-to-read digital display shows reading in your choice of Dose Rate - µSv/hr or mR/hr, and Count Rate - CPM or CPS. The Total I Timer feature allows timed readings from one minute to 40 hours for precise measurement of low-level contamination. An Audible alert sounds when the radiation reaches a user-adjustable level. -Quickly alerts user to the presence of harmful levels of nuclear radiation -Detects noble gases and low energy radionuclides -Automatically compensates for GM tube dead time -Will not jam in high radiation fields -Meets CE Certification, RoHS compliant and WEEE standards
