Description

Data reads in a variety of formats ( µR/hr per hour, Counts Per Minute, µSv/h and Total Counts – with Timer) on the 128 X 128 color OLED display that measures 1.88 in. (47.9mm.) diagonally. In addition, ONYX is designed to share data through its micro-USB port. Twitter data are transferred using QR code displayed on the OLED in combination with a smart phone with a QR Code scanner.

  • MONITOR 1000 EC

    MONITOR 1000 EC $498.00

The Monitor 1000EC is an energy compensated radiation detector that measures gamma, and x-rays. Perfect for most applications requiring an energy compensated detector. Users can choose from readings of CPM, CPS, µSv/hr, mR/hr, or in accumulated counts. It has a red count light, a beeper that sounds with each count detected, and includes an adjustable timer, and selectable alert. With the free Observer Software for PCs and Android OS, you can automate and record readings for easy reporting!

  • CT007-N NanoNuke

    CT007-N NanoNuke $350.00

The Nanonuke is a very small, yet highly sensitive radiation detector that fits into the smallest pocket, without pinching the wearer. It can connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). When connected to a phone, our GammaGuard app provides a rich user interface (UI). The user only interacts with the phone and NanoNuke remains ergonomically out of the way in the user’s pocket or at a remote location. This is ideal for covertly checking an area for radiation. The GammaGuard app can run in the background and alert the user of elevated radiation levels. The GammaGuard app allows for time and date stamped data logging with GPS coordinates. The data can be logged to a file on the phone and it can (optionally) be logged to web based databases, such as RadResponder, facilitating a coordinated incident response. Two NanoNukes can be connected to GammaGuard at the same time and can be used as a directional radiation detector (patent pending). Prior to NanoNuke, specialized direction finding equipment was large, bulky, complex, fragile and expensive.

  • Monitor 200

    Monitor 200 $560.00

The Monitor 200 measures alpha, beta, gamma, and x-rays. Its digital display shows readings in your choice of CPM, CPS, μSv/ hr, mR/hr, or in accumulated counts. It has a digital display, a red count light, and a beeper that sounds with each count detected. Other features include an adjustable timer, and selectable alert. With the free Observer USB Software Family, you can set computer alarms, calibrate your instrument, and download your collected data from the internal memory for easy reporting!

  • Frisker

    Frisker $600.00

Presenting the Radiation Alert® Frisker. A light-weight, single-handed radiation contamination instrument that has been designed to meet the demands of today’s radiation personnel for leak testing, surface monitoring, sample screening, and personnel screening. The Radiation Frisker detects alpha, beta, and gamma with an assortment of units of measure, customizable alarm levels, and a backlit display.

  • CT007-F

    CT007-F $250.00

The CT007-F is a compact alpha, beta, gamma detector. This makes it suitable for identifying radioactive contamination.

Unlike pancake Geiger-Mueller tube based instruments, it is light, compact, and durable.

The CT007-F is sensitive enough to pick up the radiation from household items, but can still measure up to dangerous levels. It is easy to use and can even connect wirelessly to your phone. The phone provides a rich user interface and allows for time and date stamped data logging with GPS coordinates. The data can be logged to a file on your phone as well as optionally being logged to RadResponder. On the back is the sensor with an alpha/beta shield. This shield can be closed to take gamma only measurements, or opened to reveal the sensor window and take alpha and beta readings. This shield also keeps the sensor safe during transport.

  • CT007-P Pancake

    CT007-P Pancake $600.00

The CT007-P combines the best aspects of the 2 piece cable-connected units and the newer integrated friskers. The CT007P is a very small and light instrument with a small display on the back of the unit. The CT007P can be used independently in this stand-alone configuration. Alternatively, the CT007P may be wirelessly linked to your smartphone with the readings displayed on the phone’s screen. This allows you to take readings in locations that are not in line of sight. A telescoping handle is provided for access at a distance. The phone can be clipped to the handle, enabling one-handed operation. The Smartphone provides a large display with access to a feature-rich menu. The cordless connection to your Smartphone has a range of approximately 40 m and the telescoping handle can be extended with an ordinary painter pole. The GammaGuard app, running on your smartphone allows you to log data to a file on the phone or upload data to RadResonder, a web based database. You can use earphones, connected to the phone, to hear beeps or alarms in noisy environments.
