Dosimeter warrants that all of its products (except GM tubes) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from delivery to its customers. Dosimeter's GM tubes are warranted against such defects for a period of six months from delivery. Dosimeter makes no other warranty of any kind whatever, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dosimeter's liability under its express
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective products
and under no circumstances shall Dosimeter be liable for special, indirect
or consequential damages. No action, regardless of form, arising out of
your purchase of Dosimeter's products may be brought by you more than one
year after the cause of action has occurred. |
